As an accredited LBP Designer, it is my hope to work with you in renovating an existing home, or designing a new home that fulfils and exceeds your expectations. ​

 

I have worked on alterations, additions and new builds for residential and educational projects. I understand the importance of technical rigour, research skills and attention to detail in design, all of which are necessary in conceptual and final detailed drawings and specifications. 

 

​The initial meeting with you is complimentary. Once the project has been reviewed a fixed design fee will be provided, along with an anticipated time frame.  No work will commence until approval of the fee.

 

Working together we will explore options and define a detailed design brief outlining the scope of the project, the functional and aesthetic requirements of the space, a budget and a time frame. Once finalised, working drawings and a full set of specifications will be created ready for building consent application.

 

The end result will be a home renovation or new build of exceptional quality and a genuine investment in your future.
